Sometimes projects can't wait. That's why we offer our Store Pickup Service. All you have to do is place your order on Lowes.com and choose "Store Pickup" in your shopping cart when you are ready to check out. Store pickup is another great convenience when you shop at Lowes.com. You can eliminate all shipping costs if you pick up your purchases at your local Lowe's. After you've placed your order and received your confirmation e-mail, go to your local Lowe's and stop by the Customer Service Desk. Your purchase will be ready based on when the order was placed: For easy pickup at your local store, present proper Photo ID—a valid state driver's license, military ID or state ID—and your e-mail confirmation. If you'd like someone else to pick up your order, be sure they have proper Photo ID, as defined above, and a copy of the confirmation e-mail. Special Order Items Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. Each special order item has a unique arrival date. Shipping Product The times listed above refer to orders for items currently in stock at your local store. If you are making a purchase for an item that must be ordered directly from our vendor (Special Order item), you will be notified when the item has been received at your local store. Special Order items require an average of 7-14 days to arrive. |
