common languages. Customers point to the language they need translated and the
associate makes the call. It's that simple. The translator stays on the line as
long as necessary to aid the conversation. In
addition to the Language Line service, some Lowe's stores have Spanish-speaking
employees on staff. A sign on the door tells customers to look for associates
wearing "I speak Spanish" buttons. The
language of home and family is universal. Now the language of home improvement
