Step 1

Use a crafts knife to punch two holes through a 3" roller to insert carpet tacks for the snowman's eyes.

Step 2

Tie ribbon around the "body" as a scarf, then trim to fit.

Step 3

Tie jute strings under the scarf to make arms; tie a small knot at each end to keep it from unraveling.

Step 4

Glue on three buttons down the center for the belly and the PVC box adaptor for the hat.

Step 5

Using masking tape, adhere a 6" loop of jute or string to the inside of the hat.
