Instructions
Step 1
Cut your desired length of wire with a wire cutter. (This will determine the height of your picture display.) We used 4 feet for ours.
Step 2
Before you begin, straighten the wire to make shaping easier.
Step 3
Mold the base of the display. Create one big circle and spiral the wire into little circles within that, as shown.
Step 4
After making 3 or 4 circles for the base, mold a straight vertical line.
Step 5
Bend the wire to form a heart and shape a tail in the back to keep pictures in place.
Step 6
Spray paint, let dry--then start enjoying your picture-perfect results!
