Instructions
Step 1
Cut a heart shape out of mesh-like hardware cloth with wire cutters.
Step 2
Use scissors to cut strips 1" wide and 4" long from red shop towels.
Step 3
Thread a strip of the shop towel through a square of the hardware cloth and tie in a knot. Continue threading and knotting strips until the heart is covered. Trim strips if needed.
Step 4
Thread a ribbon through the top to hang.
