Instructions
Step 1
Cut a 4'×8' insulation board to 4'×6' with a handheld jigsaw. Wear protective goggles while cutting.
Step 2
Create your own design or download our template. Take it to a copy center and have it enlarged to 462 percent. Place the template at each corner and trace. Cut the frame opening with a jigsaw.
Step 3
Paint the blank side of the insulation board. Apply two coats. Stick with a solid color—we chose a bright blue—or you can experiment with different paint techniques. We tried a two-tone scroll pattern and a classic black-and-white combo.
