Colorful Kitchen Wall
This California homeowner covered their home’s wood paneling with a pattern found in the Lowe’s Creative Ideas magazine. “I got the stencil from Lowe’s Creative Ideas online. This made my kitchen so bright and cheery.”
User Linda5005 from North Carolina loved our stenciled stair riser and decided to craft her own from hardboard.
“I'm pleased with my stairs, and recommend this project to anyone tired of looking at their unimaginative stairs.”
Color Block Wall
Marie24 from Wayne, Michigan created a colorful wall in her living room. She said she first painted the wall white. She then taped the outside of the wall and added 2-foot and 1-foot vertical lines and random horizontal lines. She painted the blocks colors from her living room color scheme.
Tanism1 from Delaware says, “Super simple! Let the paint chips at Lowes help you!” To create the look, paint the dresser white and then paint the drawer fronts lightest to darkest colors.
Field of Colors
“I wanted something to help add a pop of color and interest to a wall and the surrounding area that will basically remain empty,” says user DYIdiva from Los Angeles. By painting the wall blue and adding floral stickers, the user has an indoor flower garden to enjoy year-round.
