switch plates and outlet
covers.
Remove old wallpaper
and fill in any holes or
cracks with spackling
compound.
Clean surfaces with a
1 to 4 ratio of ammonia/water for proper adhesion.
Cover drywall or
newly-painted wall with
primer/sealer, and let
dry for 24 hours.
Before hanging, ensure
the pattern and run or
dye lot numbers on
each bolt are the same.
Check each bolt for
printing and shading
defects.
