Lowe's is all about stress-free shopping. Buy It Here, Get It There means the convenience to get what you need, when you need it.

Simply choose "Store Pickup" as your shipping option when you place an order on Lowes.com or on our mobile app. You'll receive an email confirmation and then a follow-up email once your purchase is ready for pickup at your local Lowe's store. Easy, peasy.

Free Shipping on Qualifying Parcel Orders of $49 or More

To receive free shipping on your qualifying order:

  1. Select Parcel Shipping on the product detail page or in your shopping cart.
  2. Choose Standard one to three Business Days FREE from the Shipping Method drop-down box during the checkout process. Your free shipping will then be automatically calculated.

Some other things to know:

  • To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $49 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.
  • Free shipping applies only to locations in the contiguous United States. Orders shipped through the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO), to international addresses, or to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Palau and US protectorates are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Free shipping applies only to orders weighing less than 150 lbs., or 70 lbs. for P.O. Box or APO / FPO addresses, that meet standard weight or cube requirements.
  • Free shipping does not apply to gift card purchases or Special Order items.
  • Free shipping will not apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $49.
  • This limited-time offer is subject to change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll exchange your item for something new or refund your money. For added convenience, you can return your order at any Lowe's store for a full refund of the purchase price. See our Returns and Refunds Policy page for more information.

Delivery Options

During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of pickup and shipping options. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary based on the method you choose. Delivery options include:

Parcel Shipping

Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to your location. Orders received by noon ET on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the same day. Items ordered after noon ET will ship the following business day. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.

We currently offer three parcel shipping options:

  • Standard: Your order is delivered to your shipping address one to three business days after processing.
  • Two Business Day: Your order is delivered to your shipping address two business days after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and two business days for delivery.
  • Next Business Day: Your order is delivered to your shipping address the next business day after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and one business day for delivery. Items ordered after noon ET will not ship until the following business day.

Lowe's Truck Delivery

If the item you wish to purchase is available at your local Lowe's store, you can choose to have it delivered to your home by a Lowe's truck. This option is helpful with items too large or heavy for you to transport on your own. Lowe's Truck Delivery rates are determined by the delivery address's distance from the store, rather than by the item's weight. For more information, visit our Lowe's Home Delivery page.

Factory-Direct Shipping

Factory-Direct Shipping allows us to offer more variety and value with the same level of service as if your purchase was shipped directly by Lowe's. Items delivered via Factory-Direct Shipping are sent straight from the factory to your location at no extra expense. Expedited shipping is not available for this option.

Shipping Rates

Lowe's offers a variety of shipping methods. When you begin the checkout process, you'll be able to choose from our range of delivery options to find the one that works best for you. The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order's total weight, will determine your shipping rates. If you decide to return your order, shipping charges are not refundable.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains more than one item, Lowe's may expedite delivery by shipping your order from multiple locations. As a result, you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs. You may see more than one charge for shipping on your credit card statement, but the total of these charges will not exceed the total shipping fee calculated on your receipt.

P.O. Box, APO and FPO Addresses

Orders being sent to a P.O. Box or an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address can only be sent via standard three to seven business day shipping. For these orders, shipping rates are based on the weight of your order alone. Due to postal regulations, items weighing more than 70 lbs. cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Lowes.com offers shipping to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands.

International Orders

  • Lowes.com cannot currently support international orders to areas other than previously listed.
  • For additional information, e-mail us at international@lowes.com.

Alaska and Hawaii

  • At this time, we only offer 2 Business Day and Next Business Day service levels for items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • A $5 surcharge applies to all shipments to these states.

US Protectorates

  • Orders to all US protectorates are offered the standard three to seven business day service option only.
  • Lowes.com cannot guarantee that orders to any US protectorate will be delivered within the standard three to seven business days.

APO and FPO Addresses

  • Orders being sent to a P.O. Box or an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address are offered the Standard three to seven Business Day delivery option only.
  • For these orders, shipping rates are based on the weight of your order alone.
  • Due to postal regulations, any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
  • Lowes.com cannot ensure that orders to APO / FPO addresses will be delivered within the standard three to seven business days.

P.O. Boxes

  • Lowes.com offers shipping to P.O. Boxes through the US Postal Service. If possible, we encourage you to enter a street address to increase your shipping options.
  • Orders being sent to a P.O. Box are offered the Standard Business Day delivery option only.
  • Any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Order Tracking

If you choose parcel shipping as your shipping method, your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider: UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. These carriers offer order tracking service, which allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:

  • Follow the instructions included in your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order through one of our carriers' websites.
  • Contact a Lowe's customer service representative at 1-800-445-6937.
  • E-mail us at customercare@lowes.com for a status update.

Special Orders

With Lowe’s Special Order program, you can shop our virtually endless selection of appliances, hardware, tools, lighting, home décor, kitchen and bath products and more — online or in our stores. In addition to the thousands of items in stock in our stores, there are thousands more available through Special Order. Special Order arrival times vary by manufacturer and product.

You can track your Special Order by clicking Your Account at the top of the page and then clicking on the Purchases tab. When your Special Order arrives at the store, a customer service associate will call to let you know your purchase is available for pickup or delivery.

Returns

We hope you love what you purchased, but if something isn't right, let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lowe's.

Some things to know about returning your online purchase:

  • If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 90* days to any Lowe's store or ship it back with the prepaid return shipping label that is included with most parcel shipments. We'll be happy to exchange your item(s) for something new or refund your money, within our current Returns and Refunds Policy guidelines.
  • Please report items that are damaged or missing within three days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
