In what amounts are Lowe's Gift Cards available?
Standard and customized Lowe's Gift Cards are available in any amount between $5 and $500. E-Gift cards can be sent in amounts up to $100. Although a Lowe's Gift Card can be reloaded, no more than $2,000 can be redeemed from a single card in one day.

Gift cards can be redeemed in any Lowe’s store or online at Lowes.com.
Can I purchase a Lowe's Gift Card and have it sent to someone else?
Yes, e-gift cards can be sent to the recipient’s email. You can also have a standard or customized card shipped directly to the recipient.
What is the shipping time?
For standard shipping, please allow three to seven business days. Next-day delivery is available for online orders placed before noon ET.
Will Lowe's ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we'll ship to a P.O. Box. Simply select standard delivery when placing your order.
Will you ship to Canada?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Can I reload my gift card?
You can reload a standard or customized Lowe's Gift Card at the Customer Service desk in any Lowe's store.
Will my gift card expire or decrease in value?
Lowe's Gift Cards don't have expiration dates or additional fees. The value of your gift card will be reduced when used to make a purchase.

Does Lowe's offer a discount if I purchase a large quantity of gift cards?

How do I place a Corporate Gift Card order?
To place a corporate order with a credit or debit card, complete an order form and fax to 336-658-3209. If you prefer to pay by check, send the completed order form along with payment to Attn: Gift Card Sales, Lowe’s Companies, Call Center Commerce #747, Mail Code CON8, 1605 Curtis Bridge Road, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
How do I check my gift card balance?
There are three ways to check your gift card balance: online at Lowes.com/giftcards, by phone at 1-800-560-7172 or at the Customer Service desk in any Lowe's store.
Can I return a Lowe's Gift Card or exchange it for cash?
Lowe's Gift Cards aren't returnable and can't be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Can I use my Lowe's Gift Card to pay my Lowe's Credit Card balance?
Lowe's Gift Cards can't be used to pay credit card balances.
How are Lowe's E-Gift Cards different from standard or customized gift cards?
E-Gift cards and customized gift cards can only be purchased online at Lowes.com/giftcards. While customized gift cards can be shipped to you or directly to the recipient, e-gift cards are emailed to the recipient. Standard gift cards can be purchased in any Lowe’s store or online and then shipped to the recipient. All Lowe’s Gift Cards can be redeemed in stores and online.
How long after purchase does it take an e-gift card to be delivered?
E-Gift cards are delivered to the recipient within 12 hours of purchase.
What if I lose my gift card?
Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced upon presentation of original sales receipt for any remaining balance. The sales receipt will be void if it's altered or defaced.
Can I personalize an e-gift card?
Yes, we have several designs to choose from, or you can upload a photo of your own. You can also include a personalized message with your e-gift card.
Can I customize a standard gift card?
You can design your own gift card with personalized text or a digital image. If you prefer, choose from one of the many designs we have available. Your customized gift card comes with a custom greeting card of your choice.
Is there a charge for customizing a standard gift card?
There's a $4.50 fee for the customization of the gift card, the accompanying customized greeting card, envelope and first-class postage.
