Some homeowners prefer French Doors while others enjoy sliding doors. With so many options like decorative glass or grilles, it's easy to mix and match materials, colors and options. The choices are many. But the result is always the same, a ReliaBilt Door that's built exact.
The Engineering of a ReliaBilt Patio Door You'll be impressed by how smooth and solid ReilaBilt patio doors are. And the reason is because of what's inside. Each patio door is engineered to tightly seal out water and air, providing high quality energy efficiency and draft-free comfort. The artisan glass, sealed and protected between clear inside and outside layers, has been designed to maximize light and allow for privacy and security. Here's a look at some of the performance specifications that make ReliaBilt Patio Doors second to none.
A ReliaBilt Patio Door Comes with Hundreds of ChoicesHomeowners love ReliaBilt Patio Doors because they offer a wide palate of classic and contemporary options, making it easy to complement any home. For starters, ReliaBilt Patio Doors are available in steel, wood, vinyl clad steel, vinyl and smooth fiberglass. And that's just the beginning of your choices.
Add a touch of design to your home with our decorative glass options. All of our patterns feature a clear triple-pane insulated glass center for energy efficiency.
Traditional patterns feature external colonial grilles or easy-to-clean grilles between the glass. This impact-resistant glass was designed for hurricane-prone areas.
During winter, this high-tech glass lets in natural light and short-wave heat energy. During summer, it reflects long-wave infrared heat energy. This gives you better insulation, less condensation and energy savings all year.
Impact-Resistant Door Glass
- Meets the nation's toughest building codes. These codes specify that windows must structurally withstand a 9-pound 2x4 traveling at approximately 34 mph
- Resists impacts from wind-borne debris
- Storm panels are not required for structural protection with impact-resistant door glass
- Forced entry resistance for increased security
Additionally, you can opt for blinds between the glass. These blinds are sealed between clear insulating glass so there's no need for dusting and you don't have to worry about exposed cords.
Patio doors can be design elements that enhance your home and beautifully frame exterior views. That's why we offer decorative grilles between the glass, internal and external grilles. Choose from 1, 9, 10 or 15-Lite varieties.
Fiberglass Gliding Patio Door
Get the look of a French door with the functionality of a sliding door. The stiles and rails emulate French doors and the sliding operation eliminates the space needed for traditional swinging French doors.
Stainable Woodgrain Vinyl Glider
Our stainable woodgrain interior option brings in the warmth of wood with the benefits of low-maintenance vinyl.
Sidelites bring a beautiful radiance to any home and are designed to coordinate with your patio door. Select venting sidelites for increased ventilation and functionality*. To allow more light into your home and increase openness, choose fixed sidelites. Our sidelites come in 1 or 5-lite designs to match the door. Sidelites can also come with blinds between the glass.
Patio Door Energy Efficiency When you select a solidly-built ReliaBilt patio door, there's no need to choose between energy efficiency, style and comfort. Our ENERGY STAR® qualified doors conserve energy while providing year-round comfort. And we have plenty of energy saving features:
- Our classic door features Low-E glass that
- Keeps homes cooler in summer, warmer in winter
- Reduces fabric fading
- Artisan glass and Harmony blinds are triple pane insulated—up to 25% more energy efficient than dual pane insulated glass
- Glass blinds and shades let you control your solar heat gain
