How do I add a past purchase to my purchase history?

In some cases, you can add past purchases to your account's purchase history by using information from a receipt or a confirmation email. In other cases, you can view or print past purchases using the information from a receipt or confirmation email.

Adding In-Store Purchases

With your receipt, you can add in-store purchases to your Lowes.com account. From the Purchases section of your account, click the Add Purchase button.

Because you made this purchase in a Lowe's store, select the In-Store option in the purchase type drop-down menu. You'll then be asked to provide the transaction number, date of purchase and store number. All three of these will be on your receipt. Once you've entered that information, click the Add Purchase button. Find the purchase you're looking for and click Attach to add it your purchase history. (It can take up to 24 hours for in-store purchases to be available in our system.)

Viewing Online / Mobile Purchases

Using information from your confirmation email or your receipt, you can view or print online and mobile purchases in your Lowes.com account. From the Purchases section of your account, click the Add Purchase button.

Because you made this purchase on Lowes.com or from your mobile device, select the Online / Mobile option in the purchase type drop-down menu. You'll then be asked to provide either an order number or a confirmation number. Once you've entered that information, click the Add Purchase button. You can now view or print your purchase information.

Viewing In-Store Special Orders

With either your receipt or your order placement confirmation, you can view or print in-store Special Order purchases in your Lowes.com account. From the Purchases section of your account, click the Add Purchase button.

Because you made this Special Order purchase in a Lowe's store, select the In-Store Special Order option in the purchase type drop-down menu. You'll then be asked to provide either the purchase order number from your receipt or the master order number from your order placement confirmation. Once you've entered that information, click the Add Purchase button. You can now view or print your purchase information. (It can take up to 24 hours for in-store Special Orders to be available in our system.)
