To label cabinet doors with your favorite words, choose a font you like and print out the letters.
Using a small paintbrush, paint the letters onto the burlap. (We used New Black.) Apply additional coats of paint as necessary. Allow the paint to dry.
Arrange the painted burlap on the cabinet door insert. Lay the acrylic sheet on top of the burlap. Measure 1/2 inch in from each corner of the sheet and mark. Drill a hole at each mark. Lay a finishing washer on the drilled hole. Screw a nut and bolt to each of the four corners to secure the acrylic and burlap in place.
Drill carefully to avoid chipping or cracking acrylic. Use either a glass and tile bit or a new twist bit. Place a block of wood beneath the acrylic surface to keep the bottom edge of the hole from tearing, drill slowly, and avoid letting the bit tip sideways as you drill.
Find the center of the bottom of the cabinet door and arrange the cabinet pull. Using a drill, attach the cabinet pull to the door.
